It is not uncommon for sexual and relationship problems to occur together. For some people the sexual problem can cause the relationship difficulties and conversely, relationship issues can result in sexual problems.


Hypnosis is a procedure during which a health professional or researcher suggests that a client, patient, or subject experience changes in sensations, perceptions, thoughts, or behaviour. The hypnotic context is generally established by an induction procedure. Although there are many different hypnotic inductions, most include suggestions for relaxation, calmness, and well-being. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT is one of the 20 interventions belonging to the school of energy psychology (EP) which emerged in the 1999’s. The fundamental basis for EP relies on such psychological tenets such as the role of the conditioned response and early childhood experiences on adult functioning, with the stimulation of energy points.
