Andrew has provided psychosexual therapy in the North of England for the past fourteen years, for men and women experiencing a wide variety of sexual problems. He has extensive experience of treating a broad range of sexual problems and also has specialist interests in sexual addiction/compulsivity. He is skilled in the use of hypnosis and EFT applied to psychosexual therapy and the specialist assessment and treatment of men, women and couples with psychosexual concerns.
Since 2000 he has held the post of psychosexual psychotherapist in a regional NHS psychosexual medicine service and has also been in private practice for many years both as a clinician and supervisor
Andrew is a regular guest speaker and lecturer on psychosexual problems both locally and nationally. He is regularly involved in the education and training of health care professionals in the assessment, treatment and management of sexual difficulties. He is involved in the Psychosexual Therapy Partnership, a training organisation for professionals seeking education and training in sexual and relationship dysfunction.
